Click any of the Free Trial buttons from around the website and fill in a few details – it’s that easy! Your account will be ready in seconds and we don’t need any bank details at this stage. Click on the link after the sign-up page and you’re ready to log in. The trial is the full Professional version of Ornavi, you can add as many Users as you like and have full access to all of the standard features AND add-on modules without restriction during the 30 days, you pick your pricing plan at the end of your trial choosing the numbers of concurrent Log-ins you require and which additional modules you require. Only at this point will your payment details be required. As with the basic version there’s no Ads, tracking or selling of your personal data at any time.
Sure. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription to suit your business needs. Upgrading is easy and can be done from within your Ornavi account.
Unlike many other subscription software plans, you will not be tied into any long term contracts with Ornavi. Each plan is paid per month to reassure you that if Ornavi just isn’t a good fit for your business, you can leave at any time with absolutely no cancellation fees.
There are tools built into Ornavi that will allow you to import existing data such as Client or Supplier lists. For more information on how we can help transfer your existing data in an Ornavi account please contact us by emailing email@example.com.
In the simplest terms, cloud computing refers to storing and accessing data and programs over the Internet instead of your computer’s hard drive. The cloud is just a metaphor for the Internet. Ornavi operates in the cloud, which means no laborious downloads or upgrades. You can start using Ornavi straight away.
Very. We take security exceptionally seriously. The Ornavi application and all data is located on servers in a state-of-the-art European Data Centre. Physical access to the site is strictly controlled. The servers are continually monitored for failure, hackers and viruses. Daily back-ups of all data are made to a secondary secure back-up location. All traffic between you and our servers is transmitted with 128-bit encryption.
If unfortunately Ornavi you decide to leave, then you can of course do so without any cancellation fees. You will not be charged for the service from the date you cancel. You can cancel from within the Billing Page from within your Ornavi account.
Your data will be kept for a limited period from the day you leave and then it will be permanently deleted. If you would rather the information be deleted immediately or to discuss the options for exporting your data please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
