Get In Touch
Support Request
The most efficient way to get in touch is to submit a Support request via your Ornavi account. That way when the we receive the request, we already have all your account information as well as previous support issues raised.
To do this simply open the User Menu from within your account (found at the very top of any page of Ornavi).
Every Ornavi account is assigned a Customer Support Representative. You should have received an email from yours shortly after signing up for your free trial (if not, check your junk folder). This is the best email address to contact should you require any assistance.
